Sacred Metropolis of Thera

By the grace of God construction work for the Sacred Parish Church of Saint Nikephoros the Leper has been completed in Thera.
This sacred church is the first in the Orthodox world dedicated to this newly-appeared and wondrous Saint of perseverance and patience.
It was erected by the General Episcopal Commissioner of the Sacred Metropolis of Thera, Amorgos and the Islands, Protopresbyter Fr. Nicholas Sigalas, and a sole benefaction of Mr. Nicholas Valvis.
His Eminence Metropolitan Epiphanios of Thera, Amorgos and the Islands will consecrate the newly constructed church.
