In the bedroom of St. Nektarios, which is still preserved at Holy Trinity Monastery in Aegina, there is a large icon of the Panagia. This icon was commissioned by St. Nektarios from an iconographer among the Danielites of Mount Athos. It is an imitation icon of the Panagia from a church in his birthplace of Selybria to which he was spiritually tied from a young age.
I have an amazing little booklet available I wanted to offer to my readers for purchase which would make especially great reading for Great Lent. Recently I was commissioned to translate some beneficial writings of Righteous Alexei Mechev, but it didn't fall through and I was left with a bunch of booklets I would like to now sell instead of counting my losses.
