From August 6th to the 15th every year, the holy snakes of the Panagia make their annual appearance on the island of Kefallonia in a miraculous way, in the villages of Markopoulo and Arginia. Once again this year they made their appearance in both villages on August 6th, to the joy of all who witnessed this miracle. In Markopoulo one snake appeared, like last year, while in Arginia three snakes appeared.
